What is Sexual Wellness?
SEXUAL WELLNESS COACHES (SWC) considers sexuality as a whole, which effects our physical health, happiness, passion, creativity, emotional and mental wellbeing.
Sexual wellness encompasses sexuality as a whole within 5 different aspects:
If any one of the aspect are out of whack then it will affect the rest of our sexuality. Our sexual wellness impacts the rest of our life including our mind, body and spirit. Each aspect is important to nurture and discover so that we may have healthy sexual relationships with ourselves and others.
It is important to understand when within this context, the use of the word sexuality does not simply refer to the act of sexual activity or orgasm, which is a very good, but is only a small part of sexuality.

As a Sexual Wellness Coach, you will focus on working with clients' sexuality as a whole and how it may be impacting their lives, including in the bedroom... the results will leave you with a sense satosfaction having helped your clients lead a healthy sexual life contributing to their full well being.

Your own Private Practice
Focusing on working with a client’s sexuality as a whole and how it may be impacting their lives, including in the bedroom.
We heal, learn and explore the 5 aspect of Sexual Wellness: Play, Sensuality, Sexuality, Exploration, Sacred together. Coaching is different from typical traditional talk psychotherapy – it is goal driven.
We explore the past only to get a snapshot of the why, what and how that has made up who you have been. We then co-create an action plan to achieve who you are choosing to become.
Each Sexual Wellness Coaching experience is customized, honouring each person’s special and unique qualities

Community Outreach & Sexual Education
As a sexual wellness it is our job to help our community to heal from sexual shame, violence and unhealthy dangerous sexual practices and relationships.
We can do this through Education, talks, workshops, speaking engagements, retreats and partnership with community organizations
Knowledge & Resource Development
You will graduate with a deep knowledge and understaing with accsess to information which you will build on yourself as you grow.
Each Sexual wellness coach has a unqiue way in which they see, and teach sexual wellness. It is important for the world that each sexual wellness coach build up a large library of sexual educational and sexual empowering resources.
This show cases there style and approach so clients can find the right fit for them to become Sexual empowered and awake.
It also makes us more approachable because not everyone can afford to see us one on one and not everyone needs to either.
This is also wonderful passive income stream for the sexual wellness coach.
